Q&A with Senior Ka’Niyaa Nesbitt

How has your virtual school status affected your work? Positively/Negatively or a mixture of both?

My Virtual School status has been affected in a mixture of both. Positively because I can find new ways to learn but negatively because I am used to that face to face learning.

How has your virtual school status affected you socially and/or emotionally?

Socially, I don’t get to interact with different people and personalities. Emotionally, I’m sad because I didn’t get to enjoy my senior year.

Describe the process of the Daniel Morgan Certified Nursing Assistant program. What does it mean to you?

The process of the Daniel Morgan Certified Nursing program is a lot of work, but it is worth it. At the end, it gives more opportunities in the work force in the real world. The program means a lot to me because it shows me that people actually take time to work with me and show me that there are lots of opportunities that I may have never known existed.
